UNIT 8

There was  something  strange happening in a quiet neighborhood last week.Every night  we heard  stange noise outside the window, and people here were very nervous and uneasy.As for what it was,each had different  opinions.For instance ,my life thought it  could be an animal. My friends believed  that it must be teenagers having  fun , and the police men think it might be the wind.However,I disagree  with all of them.I think it might be someone creating the panic(恐慌) on purpose.

Luckily,with the help of  the policemen and neighbors ,they finally found  out that some momther monkeys are looking for their babies .When people keep moving towards them ,they run  away quickly. so it’s hard for people to find out what’s happening.

Now the mystery is  solved, people in our neighboor  are  relaxed and happy  again,it also becomes quiet as it used to be.
